Doug Sutherland has lived in the Charlotte/ Lake Norman area for nearly 40 years, and loves it. "I love the people, the climate, the communities, and their history. How many people do I know who came here to visit family or friends, and ended up settling here? Charlotte and the area surrounding it are a real melting pot for people from all over. Doug holds an MBA in Finance from UNC Charlotte, with emphasis in Real Estate. Previously, he was a banker in the Charlotte and Lake Norman markets, providing commercial finance and commercial banking services.
